Job Summary

We’re looking for a Lead Video Editor who knows how to make people feel something. Someone who sees editing as storytelling, not just cutting clips together.

You’ll help shape brand films, mini-documentaries, and social pieces that move fast but hit deep. From pacing and color to sound and rhythm, you’ll craft visuals that leave a mark.

Your Role

The Story Architect

You’ll take the lead on post-production from start to finish. Working closely with our creative director, you’ll bring vision and emotion to every project. You’ll build edits that flow, guide other editors, and make sure every video feels cinematic, polished, and true to the brand.


Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record creating full brand systems

  • Strong portfolio in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Confident running workshops and client presentations

  • Excellent typography, color, and layout judgment

  • Familiar with web design systems and dev collaboration

  • Organized, proactive, and quality obsessed


Requirements

  • Have completed an online program (eg: Cinegram Academy)

  • Experience editing cinematic brand or Youtube videos

  • Design logos, typography, colors, and iconography

  • Understands pacing, storytelling, and emotional timing

  • Great taste in music, tone, and color

  • Organized, proactive, and gives updates
